Will my signature actually work in Outlook?
Yes — that's the whole point of the client selector. Before copying, pick Outlook and the generator produces the Outlook-safe version: solid colours, PNG icons and avatars (Outlook can't render SVG), and image borders removed. Rounded corners become square in Outlook desktop, which is normal for email.
Is it really free? No hidden watermark?
Really free. Six templates cost nothing, there is no watermark and no 'Made with SigForge' footer. Thirteen premium templates cost a one-time £9 — paid in your own currency at checkout — you get a license key by email, and the free ones are complete, not crippled.
I want signatures for my whole team — is there a plan?
Yes. The Team license is a one-time £49 for 10 seats: one shared key, pasted once per person, and everyone gets all PRO templates. Perfect for rolling out a consistent, branded signature across a company — one invoice, no per-seat subscription.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Everything is stored in your browser's local storage. Your data never touches our server, which also means your avatar and details are never uploaded anywhere.
Can I use my company logo?
Yes — upload a logo or photo as the avatar. It is resized locally to 144px before being embedded, so your signature stays light and loads instantly in every email.
Will the icons and links work on every device?
Yes. Social icons and avatars are embedded as images inside the signature HTML itself — no external requests, so nothing gets blocked, stripped or broken by tracking filters. Choose your mail client (Gmail, Apple Mail or Outlook) before copying to get the version optimised for it.
